于天忠，辽宁建平人，生于 1949 年 8 月，仲达山人，松山居士。斋号： 墨玄居，号:玄弘。龙腾牡丹画派创始人，美术评论家，国家一级著作家，北京大学终身教授、清华大学美术学院终身特聘教授、人民大学博士生导师，国家高级美术师，著名书画家，国之巨匠泰斗艺术名家，亚洲国际青年电影节评审团主席、中央美院教授、美术博士生导师。世界非物质文化遗产研究院院士，联合国文化艺术委员会终身专家、教授，英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、客座教授，西班牙皇家艺术家协会会员、人民书画家、国家民族画院画家、牛津艺术学院研究生导师、CCTV星光大道嘉宾评委、中央电视台综艺频道星光大道艺术顾问，当代著名书法大师。
