周宣成，湖南永州道县人，中共党员，著名文化学者，联合国全球文化艺术促进组织《专家顾问》，获得中央文化和旅游部人才中心颁发的《华美金星，四个星》社会实践证书，中央国家机关书法家协会会员。担任文化部艺术发展中心副主席、中国书画家研究会书画艺术事业部副主任、世界非物质文化遗产研究院常务院长，中国智慧工程研究会高级专家顾问，受聘为泰国清迈大学、西北大学博士生导师，中国美术家协会会员，国宝级央新名人档案特聘名誉主席。 个人事迹入选美国时代周刊英文网、华尔街日报英文网官方报道，荣获世界级国际金奖、法国卢浮宫金奖、中国艺术研究院“大家之路 ”展览金奖、中国美术学院金韵奖。入编《世界艺术巨匠大辞典》《世界美术大辞典》《中外美术名家大典》。获评艺术界最高职称，担任中国书画家研究会艺术顾问，持有中国关工委师资认证、考官认证。拥有美国科罗拉多工程大学艺术专业荣誉博士学位、泰国朱拉隆功大学孔子学院荣誉博士学位。 作品被牛津大学、剑桥大学、英国皇家美术学院、苏富比艺术大学等世界知名学府收录为教学案例，专供艺术教材教学，荣获中国领军人物金奖、2026 年艺术领域国际国内金马奖、 2025 年俄罗斯文化中心书画展金笔奖、中国书画艺术金奖等诸多奖项，获评世界艺术巅峰十大领袖人物、国家高级美术师。入选 2026 年英国英文网“最具影响力中国文化人物，现任博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究会第一届副主席、中国东方研究会专委会副秘书长。曾于中央文旅部管理干部学院系统进修，发表多篇中国山水画专业学术论文。作品被泰国、马来西亚、俄罗斯、法国、英国等多国收藏机构珍藏，纳入国宝档案重点保护，为当代文艺艺术传承与发展作出卓越贡献。
