刘书军，又名刘书君，山东冠县人。中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会山东分会会员，北京大学艺术学院苗再新导师工作室画家，北京大学校友书画协会理事，全国名人书画艺术界联合委员会常务委员，国家一级美术师，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会会员，大连东韵书画研究院名誉院长，北京艺海丹青书画院名誉副院长，山东省书画学会理事，冠县美术家协会主席，北京当代环球书画院艺术顾问，中国书画家研究会艺术顾问。 作品多次参加全国书画大展并多次获奖，作品传记录入《东方之子一一中国当代书画名家精品收藏宝典》 《中国书画百杰传世精品集》《中华风》《党建导刊》 《当代书画》《美术报》《世界知识画报》《中国艺术收藏》等多部画刊。作品被中央党校、山东美术馆、吴道子艺术馆、大连书画院、历史博物馆等艺术机构及国家机关领导人和外国友人收藏。2015 年被评为全国百位优秀人民书画家。2023 年 7 月应联合国教科文组织邀请，国画作品《走向辉煌》参加了法国卢浮宫艺术大展。
