Professor Mr. Xu Lipu has long been devoted to traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting. His brushstrokes embody thousands of years of cultural heritage, and his ink tones radiate the elegance of the East. He merges the profundity and vitality of Chinese aesthetics into every stroke. 胥力浦，江苏连云港灌南人，定居苏州，1951 年出生于南京浦口，研修于中国美术学院。现为中国和平统一促进会理事、书画委员会委员、中国收藏家协会会员、央视文化组委会艺术顾问、中国田园山水画院理事、中国当代书画十大风云人物、国家一级美术师、江苏省国画院特聘画家、文化中国传播大使、中国画坛实力派山水画家，中国功勋艺术家，央广文旅文化形象交流大使，改革开放 45 周年最具收藏价值艺术家，荣获莫奈国际艺术金奖，安徒生国际艺术金奖。 曾在北京荣宝斋、上海朵云轩美术馆、南京、杭州、江西、四川、苏州吴作人艺术馆、连云港美术馆及英国剑桥大学、西班牙、匈牙利、吉尔吉斯斯坦、日本、韩国、马来西亚、苏州黎里古镇等地举办个人画展。多次参加文化部、中国美术家协会美术作品展、北京“读懂中国国际会议”文化专场名家展。作品被中国国家博物馆、上海朵云轩美术馆、韶山毛泽东图书馆、英国剑桥大学、吉尔吉斯斯坦总理府、马来西亚大使馆及多国政要收藏。并在国内外报刊发表数百幅作品。中央电视台书画频道、国学频道、央视频、人民网、中国网、人民日报海外版、《中国书画报》、《美术报》等媒体均有报道。 2026 年初＂胥力浦美术馆＂在家乡灌南县二郎神遗跡公园对外开放。胥力浦先生因改签机票，从而躲过震惊世界的马航 MH370 客机失踪事件，免遭一难。让他更加坚守善德至上理念，热爱山山水水，热衷于公益事业。搜尽奇峰打草稿，作品贴近生活，雅俗共赏，备受收藏家关注。
